Hey you fellow statue enthusiasts! We are a small but caring team so please bear with us as we try to address all questions about our humble products! Below are some quick clarifications to some of the questions we've been asked.


  1. WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SELL & SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS TO?

    XM can only directly sell or market our products to countries listed below.
    We apologise sincerely if we are unable to sell to customers or fans in other countries.

    While you may order products from any countries on XM online store, we highly recommend for the following countries, customers to order directly from the country distributors as they can often offer cheaper shipping options than XM Singapore.

  2. I WANT THE SILVER COINS - WHY DIDN'T I GET ONE? DOESN'T IT COME WITH ALL PURCHASES*?

    It is important to understand that Silver coins are not "Exclusives" - they are simply promotional "Pre order Giveaways" which is specifically for rewarding early birds. Hence we only produce around 50% of the ES e.g. Captain America ES is 500, we produce 250 Silver coins for early birds or pre-orders. If the coins came with all statues, then they would not be promotional and would just become one of the standard parts and lose their meaning. The silver coins are real silver plated (they cost us abit to produce) so it is actually our investment to say thank you to early purchasing customers.

    Silver coins only come with Comic Edition Statues and not Movie Edition Statues.

    *NOTICE: Thor is the last statue that will come with Silver Coins. No other statues will come with silver coins moving forward.

  3. PAYMENT 

    All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars.
    For Walk-in Customers, only accept Nets and Credit Card (no Amex) are accepted.
    For Online PO, deposit or full payment will be paid via PayPal. There will not be any PayPal fee. For customers without a PayPal account, once you have been directed to the PayPal website, click on "Pay by Credit/Debit Card" button to make your payment via Visa/Master/Amex card.
     
    Once you have made payment, you will receive 2 emails from XM:
    1st email: An invoice detailing your order
    2nd email: A receipt detailing that your payment has been successful 
    Your order is only secured once you have received the 2nd email. 
     
    Once your statue is ready for collection, we will send you a notification email along with the PayPal Invoice for your balance payment.
     
  4. SHIPPING

    As a customer, you have the option to choose the shipping option that works best for you. The option that you choose and the destination of the order determines the cost of your shipping as well as the length of time it will take to get your order. All shipping times are dependent on product availability.

    Please note that "Estimated Shipping Time" refers only to the time it takes the carrier from pickup to delivery. Delivery time may vary from the below estimated time depending on customs clearance, delays in the destination country, missed or cancelled despatches.

  5. CUSTOMS CHARGES

    XM Studios does not charge any customs duties on overseas shipments, however we cannot guarantee that customs charges will not be applicable to your package when it reaches your country. We are not responsible for these charges and cannot provide estimates as to what these charges may be. You may wish to contact your local customs office or post office for further information.

  6. STOCK AVAILABILITY

    We cannot guarantee that every item offered for sale online would actually be shipped right away as inventory can change significantly from day to day. In a rare case, an item may be in stock when you place your order and sold out by the time your order is processed. However, for any item which you place an online order and is found to be sold out at the time of processing, we will inform you by email & remove off the item from your order.
